Hello! I'm Hara Mae, but you can call me Hara. With over a decade of experience teaching English, I've had the privilege of working closely with university students and young professionals, helping them enhance their English communication skills. Before the pandemic, I was a school English teacher in Vietnam, where I dedicated myself to fostering language proficiency and confidence among my students. I hold a degree in Information Technology from the Professional Academy of the Philippines, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on education and technology integration in learning. Outside of teaching, I have a variety of interests that keep me energized. I find immense joy in reading books that span genres, from fiction to philosophy. Music is another passion of mine, and I enjoy exploring new genres and artists. Traveling has allowed me to immerse myself in different cultures, broadening my understanding and appreciation for diversity. When I'm not exploring new destinations, you can often find me indulging in American movies, with favorites like Titanic, Emily in Paris, Eat Pray Love, The Notebook, Dear John, The Devil Wears Prada, and The Princess Diaries topping my list. I also thrive on outdoor adventures, whether it's camping under the stars, hiking through scenic trails, or challenging myself with mountain climbing. My love for the underwater world extends to scuba diving and free diving, where I find peace and fascination in exploring beneath the surface. As an educator, my approach is deeply rooted in creating a supportive and engaging environment where every student can thrive. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their language learning goals, whether for academic success, career advancement, or personal enrichment.
